We have poisoned my kikuyu and removed it with a sod cutter. We then dig up the remaining roots by hand but yet it keeps shooting back. Do you have any advice on how to get rid of it permanently so I can replant a different type of lawn and not have the kikuyu regrow through the new lawn?

Hit it with Monument. might take 2-3 years for complete eradication but it worked for me.
